Our arrangements are designed to be beautiful and lasting tributes. The longevity of your arrangement depends on placement, weather conditions, and care. We recommend placing arrangements in protected areas when possible and bringing them indoors
during extreme weather.

Our silk florals are made from premium materials designed for outdoor display. However, they are not waterproof. We recommend placing arrangements in protected areas and bringing them indoors during heavy rain, snow, or extreme weather conditions.

We offer seasonal collections, custom arches, saddles, Wings of Remembrance, and fully custom designs. Each piece can be customized in terms of color and flower selection.

Ordering & Customization

Visit our Custom Orders page and select your custom tier or submit an inquiry for Themed Art designs. Full payment is due at the time of order placement. Split payment options are available if needed — please contact us to arrange.

Absolutely. Every arrangement can be customized to your exact color palette and flower preferences. Select from our available colors and floral options when placing your order.

Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days to produce after your deposit is received and your design is approved. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please contact us to discuss your timeline.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is completed, it takes 3-5 business days to ship. From order placement to delivery, the total timeline is approximately 2 weeks. Every arrangement is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping costs are $35 for arches and $45 for saddles. Wings of Remembrance ship for $35. Local pickup is available in the DFW area. We currently ship within the continental United States.

Care & Maintenance

Our arrangements require minimal maintenance. To clean, gently dust with a soft brush or use a can of compressed air. If needed, you can lightly rinse with cool water and allow to air dry completely before returning to the memorial. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing.

Our arrangements are designed to withstand most weather conditions. However, for extreme winter weather (heavy snow, ice storms, or temperatures below 0°F for extended periods), we recommend temporarily bringing your arrangement indoors to preserve its beauty.

We stand behind every arrangement we ship. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or repair your arrangement at no cost to you.

Returns & Policies

Since all of our arrangements are customized, we do not offer returns. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your arrangement is exactly what you envision. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve them.

Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled. We recommend carefully reviewing your design selections before completing your purchase. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
